Meet the Team

James Edwards

James has been actively involved in the training and SETA space for nearly 20 years. He has been a Skills Development Consultant to large international corporations.

He has represented the Fuel Retailers Association on the Manufacturing Engineering and related Sector Education and Training Authority (MERSETA) structures. This culminated in being nominated to the MERSETA board representing the FRA.

His duties for the FRA included ensuring the development and registering of the first Fuel Retail specific qualifications and the stimulation of the training industry to deliver and formalise the training to meet the unique needs of the South African Fuel Retail industry.

Stacy Edwards

Stacy trained at Silwood School of Cookery in the early 1990’s and has worked in the industry in roles ranging from food preparation, conducting training and food audits for Pick ‘n Pay bakery staff and running her own catering business.
Having worked for nearly 20 years in the medical field with a variety of Specialists, she has developed a keen interest in First Aid and the application thereof.
As a First Aid community watch volunteer, Stacy is very active a First Aid responder in her community and keeps in touch with updates in the medical field via regular workshops conducted by a certified ALS paramedic and a trauma doctor through the community watch programme.
Stacy has been a member of the Rotary Club of Wynberg since 2018 and has served as a Past President and has been on the Board of the Club since 2019.  Stacy has spearheaded multiple community service projects including establishing several food gardens in impoverished communities.  Her work in community service was recognized in 2024 by her Club and Rotary International when she was awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship award for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world.
Stacy deals with our customers in an admin role as well as conducts our Food Safety and Hygiene Reg 638 10 (1(b) and First Aid US 119567 courses.
